    i m a 70 years old man with a heart problem, i`m doing your exercise in the last three months twice a day and also added a light 10 min cardio exercise. I'm also following a vegan plant based diet. I`ve lost 34 lbs of weight and I`m happier and moving much more freely with your help . I might just made it, thank you very much ! God bless ! ❤❤❤❤

    Lovely pace and routine. Very pleasant relaxing voice. I appreciate the breathing exercises. I am 87 and have practiced yoga since 1972.

    I can't believe the advertisements on this meditation interrupting the peaceful meditation. Why? 😢😢😢. I can't feel the full impact as before when it did not have advertisements. Why do they allow this? Horrible just Horrible.

    This is a wonderful routine, but I think this music if really inappropriate for yoga. No offense to the composer or musicians. There’s nothing inherently wrong with it. It’s just very distracting and makes it hard to focus on the instructor. I’m a musician and I found this music WAY too distracting. It was mixed terribly loud and sounds just as loud as the instructor. I couldn’t focus on my breath or relax at all! While this music would be appropriate for a belly dancer, it’s really not appropriate for yoga. Most yogis want something very relaxing that will help them focus on their breathing and not make them anxious with a 25 minute repetitive loop! Please make a new video sometime with no music at all or using a sound bath or very quiet bells. Just remember, in yoga, BREATH is the focus. Music should be at a VERY low volume and should be relaxing, so we can focus on you. But, I enjoyed the routine otherwise!

    The noise removal on the voice track makes a staticky cutting sound every time the voice stops. With headphones, this was very distracting. I loved the meditation, but in future recordings, don't do this noise removal. Just leave it there and it will blend in.

    Thank you! I have a PD and many side effects including instabilty. I believe you exercises may improve my stability. I performed all the exercises standing, but I had to hold a chair while performing the exercise which requires standing on one leg. I will repeat this exercises and hope to improve my performance.
